Duplicate Keyboard Shortcut Does Not Work

## Problem Statement

The duplicate keyboard shortcut (ctrl + shift + d) conflicts with the "add bookmark" shorcut on serveral browsers.

Replicated on Windows 10:

* Chrome

* Firefox

* IE 11

Oddly on Edge it doesn't create a bookmark, but it also doesn't work.

 

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to workflowy.com.

2. Put your cursor on inside a bullet.

3. Press (ctrl + shift + d). Observe that a bookmark dialog box appears (or nothing happens in the case of Edge).

  In Windows, for now on workflowy.com you can use:
  WIN+SHIFT+D
  
  A change is coming... on beta.workflowy.com the NEW duplicate shortcut is:
  ALT+SHIFT+D
