Incorrect styling for items with tags.

I use copies on 2 different Win10 computers. Both of them have last updates. Today(01/22/2019) I found incorrect behavior for items with styling(bold or italic). Both computers has this defect.

Make item bold

1. Make item with tag.

2. Push Ctrl+A. All item is selected - all fine.

3. Push Ctrl+B. Item text became bold. tag is still "normal text". all fine on this step too

Try to remove bold style from item

4. Push Ctrl+A. All item is selected - all fine.

5. Push Ctrl+B. Item text is bold anyway. And tag text also became bold. Any additional pushing Ctrl+B have no effect.

Expected behavior on this step - item text and tag text became "normal" style.
