Bold and Italic marks are moving in note texts

I'm struggling with this issue.

please test it in the Note like this:

 

123456789

abcdefghijklmn

 

and then select '1' and copy and paste again and again.

 

Current version :

1123456789

abcdefghijklmn

<---

bold moves backward for string length of pasted string.

 

beta version :

1123456789

abcdefghijklmn

-->

bold moves forward randomly for pasted string

  Can confirm this happens in Chrome/Windows (prod & beta) and in the desktop app (1.1.12).. both are doing the dance to the right.
