Flickering/Blinking bullet menu

I'm not sure if it always was like this or something has been changed recently but now when I'm navigating my lists using mouse - when I click on a bullet to zoom in on a list - the bullet menu pops up for a split second and then disappears. When I do it super quickly it doesn't popup but when navigating normal (not too slow) speed it pops up/blinks constantly which is pretty disturbing and spoils the smooth zooming experience and animations that you guys have been working on to introduce :)

Maybe it is just that the delay for the bullet menu to open is now shorter than it used to be? Or the fact that the closing bullet menu has no animation - doesn't fade when zooming on another list.

And just now I've noticed that the keyboard shortcuts ctrl+shift+arrows don't work.

I'm using WorkFlowy web in Chrome.

  The flickering bullet is on our lists to fix.

  Sorry that the keyboard shortcut panel is wrong.
