Does completed tasks count in your monthly limit when duplicating a list?

Hi,

 

Let's say I have a "to do" list that consist of 100 items. I mark 40 of them as complete so my to do list has 60 open items. Next, I click the "Duplicate" button on my "to do" list. Should workflowy add an additional 60 items to my monthly limit or the full 100 items?

  The full 100 items get copied and added to your monthly.  

  Deleting completed items subtracts from your monthly.
