apple key command for "show emoji and symbols" doesn't work

    It's true, here's a work-around:

    • To change the Mac keyboard shortcut to open the Emoji Keyboard:
    • 1. Open System Preferences
    • 2. Browse to Keyboard > Shortcuts
    • 3. Click on App Shortcuts
    • 4. Press the [+] button to add a new shortcut
    • 5. Fill in Menu Title with: Emoji & Symbols
    • 6. Click the Keyboard Shortcut textbox and then press the new key combination you would like to use
    • 7. Press 'Add'

    nuh uh!

    ctrl-cmd-space still not pulling up the emoji & symbols menu in the desktop beta
