Filtered lists

Hi, I saw your post from 11 months ago sitting here all lonely by itself, so I'll take a stab (very late) at your question.
Here is a poor-boy workaround, but I think a beauty of Workflowy is that it's so flexible and adaptable that it allows a lot of those 'poor-boy workarounds' that we all can personalize to fit our particular life.

So this is one way:  when you add the new bullet at the end of your filtered list, just add something like a 'Z " (Z Space) at the beginning of your new bullet.  So if for example your bullet was:  "Project 1"  then type in 'Z Project 1'.  Then anytime later at your convenience, apply the Workflowy Bookmarklet 'SortWF' to the entire unfiltered list.  Since it sorts alphabetically, your filtered bullets will then be added at the end of the entire list.  Then later at your convenience, edit the bullet (s) to remove that 'Z Space', and you're good.  And you could quickly find all the bullets you added, by using the Bookmarklet F/R ("Find and Replace")  to replace any/all 'Z-space' with just a blank space.

That is two additional manual steps, but they're quick, and it should work.  Hope this helps.

Thanks for the recommendation Earl.  I'll have to take a look at it and see if that will work.  Right now I've actually gone back to paper and pen for my task management system, and use workflowy for capturing notes and to organize those into reference.  If I switch back to Workflowy for a task management system, I'll look into it.
