Tab/Background colors not working on hover

I'm a big fan of the color tabs and colored backgrounds, however it's breaking when I hover on the bullet or other parts of the object.

I don't recall this happening before - maybe it did and I hadn't noticed? Or maybe it was related to the other changes made to the code? I've had to 'fix' the underline and bolding hack due to the new structure and thought this may be related. Unfortunately I can't figure out how to fix this.

Has anyone cracked this one?

  There are some folks working on it.. I think they are close. It will require a new JavaScript file and editing some selectors in your CSS.
