Shadow copy
CompletedIt would be great to have the ability to create a virtual copy of the bullet. This type of copy cannot be edited directly, only through the original. All shadow copies are in sync with the original. One bullet can have many shadow copies in different places.
I develop and design games and this feature will help me a lot in creating scripts, gaming systems, and descriptions.

Not sure to understand, what similarity is there between ""shadow copy", templates (as in PHPStorm or such) and word-like Styles?
If you change "the original", does it apply to already-existing copies? (as it would if you update an Object Class for instance)? Or only the next copies?
Edit: P.S. I mentioned word-like styles because you can link styles between them, such as defining that after "Title1" for example, when you press Enter then it switch to "chapeau" style , then "Title 2", then "Normal2", then "bullet 2", etc. Kind of template.

Have a look in the request history, there are many requests of this same concept explained with many different words as: "aliases", "instances", "clones", "duplicates", etc, etc. You should also vote those requests up so give them more preponderenace! This is a key functionality that WorkFlowy is really needing to implement ASAP so we can access the same bullet points from different places in our organizational structure.

quite a few scenarios and preferences explored in those two. (ok, the second one is just me, but hey...)

Hi
I have been waiting for this feature for ages, but since it hasn't been implemented I have found a workaround for it which isn't perfect but its better than nothing. Lets say you have a bullet and you need it to be in multiple places, just copy the link of the bullet and create an identical bullet in another location and place the link in the notes section, as shown below in the attachment. I find this works great for the above reasons.

I didn't think it would work, but just for fun I tried sharing a bullet with my own account. Sure enough when I tried to add it back in from the invite email link, WF said "You are the owner of this document, you can't embed it. But it made me wonder why not--is the reason technical or design? An obvious workaround could be a second account.
