 Hi, 

Chrom latest version for Windows 10 64 bit

Bullet drag and drop completely not working - I can drag, bu when I drop - nothing happens, just nothing..

  Same here.  I can drag and drop under a bullet however I can't remove a bulletted item out of the main title.  I can move it all the way to the bottom and outside of the main title but not over it to create its own master title

  to expand on that...this applies only to the Chrome version.  In the app, i can still perform this function
