Drag and drop sometimes doesn't work

This seems to be intermittent, but you can drag an item, usually in a long list, then drop and rather than appearing at the new target, it appears back at the start.

This is pretty annoying after a page scroll too, as you have to scroll back and try and find the item again.

It seems that once it doesn't work, it doesn't work. Multiple tries yield the same result.
