Notes not working in Beta

When using the beta app via Chrome, notes appear when you hover over a bullet and click Add Note. As soon as you've clicked Add Note, the menu dialog box disappears as expected but so does the new blank note. 

The Shift-Enter keyboard shortcut still works.

When I change Setting to come out of the Beta, the above issue doesn't occur.

  Correct, this is a beta bug that we will fix!
