Star list not sorting the same Android vs Web

If you use emoji in your bullets (first character) the web app and the Android app will sort the star list differently.

The web sorts the emoji characters first, then alphanumeric, then (search for hashtag)

Android sorta alphanumeric, then search with hastag, then emoji.

Side note: the display for a hashtag search that is starred is also different. Web displays

    Reasonably certain this is a platform/OS issue. Have a similar problem with a Grocery list app where emoji sort differently in the mobile app vs the web version.
