Offline sync notification bar - distracting!

I frequently see the offline sync notification bar popping up at the bottom of the screen, and I don't see the point of it.

I'm wondering if this is something to do with sub-par wifi reception on my MB Air making WF think it's offline?

  Yeah, that only pops up when WorkFlowy thinks you are offline.
