Bottom bar won't come back

v3.2.4 on Android (beta?)

When you start typing the bottom bar turns into the editing bar (indent, comment, etc). However you cannot get the nav bar (home, star, etc) to return unless you completely close the app and start it again.

Also noticed lag and swipe changes aren't always reflected in the UI. I swiped to delete something and it just stayed on screen not until I left that bullet and returned was it actually gone.

  This should now be fixed on Beta.
