Top bar disappearing frequently and Workflowy stops saving

Greetings!

After years of heavy use, for the very first time tonight all of a sudden on the web Workflowy's top bar (with the search bar, settings menu, etc.) has been vanishing frequently AND simultaneously to that Workflowy stops saving anything - no matter how long I wait, attempting to reload gives the "unsaved data" prompt, and reloading loses all changes since the vanished top bar.

The problem always occurs when I copy and then paste an item (in my case, the bullet has always contained subitems).  First, the "Cut" info bar appears and the top bar vanishes; then when I paste, the "cut" info bar disappears as expected, but the top bar does not return - it's just vanished.  And then Workflowy stops saving anything.

Unfortunately, tonight, this has occurred about 5 times, until I finally decided to write this bug report.

I was using the beta version, and switched to the standard version in case that was the problem, but the problem reappeared.

I'm using the most recent version of Chrome, running on Windows 10.

I do have a very large account and tonight I have been doing an extensive amount of cutting and pasting of entire subtrees - but the problem has been occurring this past hour or two even on my first attempt to cut/paste a bullet (with children) after reloading the page.

I thought I would paste the bug report now in case this is a problem with Workflowy - although I hope the problem is just a fluke of my system tonight.

  Unfortunately, the problem occurred again.  It seems to only occur when I cut a deeply-nested subitem that itself contains many many items, and then paste it somewhere completely different.

  Due to last week's mishap, I have now gotten into the habit of checking whether the top bar is present and the current operation saved whenever I do anything important, so I caught this quickly this time.

  Hopefully the bug can be unraveled and resolved at some point.
