    Sorry to hear that. Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling your Desktop version?

    Hi,

    I have the same problem with browser version. It happens rarely but unfortunatelly regular. Welcome screen keeps running and nothing happens. I always check workflowy status page, but there were never any signs of any problem.

    I have the same problem since the past 2 days. Workflowy desktop app is not loading, but browser access and mobile access has no issues.

    You can update your app(s) to the latest release:

    1. Mobile apps can be updated in the Google Play Store and the iOS App store
    2. You can download and install the latest desktop app here: https://www.workflowy.com/downloads/

    Thank you, it worked.

    'Move-to-bin' my original Workflowy app. 

    Then downloaded anew from the link and after reinstalling and an emailed code entry, I'm back using Workflowy desktop again!
