View of bullet text I'm trying to edit is blocked by keyboard and doesn't automatically scroll when keyboard appears (Android)

Since the most recent Android update, when I try to edit something near the bottom of a page, the view doesn't automatically focus on that item when I touch it to start typing. The keyboard appears but it hides the text, so I can't see what I'm typing. If I try to tap out of the keyboard and scroll down, it doesn't help because once I exit the keyboard, I can no longer scroll any further down than I already was.

  I see that too and my temporary work around is just a zoom in on the bullet to edit it.
