Can't duplicate sub-bullets of very large shared/embedded list. Context Menu doesn't appear on sub-bullets

I am trying to duplicate an extremely large shared list that I embedded in my workflowy account, so that I can make edits to it. When I hover over the top-level bullet, the context menu appears as expected, but because the list is so large I need to duplicate it a piece at a time. But when I hover over the sub bullets, the context menu that offers duplicate functionality does not appear.

When I try to use the keyboard shortcut (alt + drag on a bullet) Workflowy won't paste the copy into my personal lists, but a copy appears temporarily within the shared list. After a few seconds a server error appears telling me to reload workflowy. When I do, the copied bullet disappears.

Any thoughts?

Interesting.

By any chance do you not have edit rights to the shared list? If you have read-only access that might explain some of this behavior?

hmmmm. The list was intended to be shared, duplicated,. It was from a Workflowy blog post by Frank Degenaar

I can see the context menu with all the functionality at the top-level bullet, which would cause me to assume I have the right to duplicate it. It is only sub-bullets that won't work.

Thanks for your thoughts. If I can't get anywhere maybe I will try reaching out to Frank Degenaar, but I'd rather not email him if it is not a problem with his list.
