Menu that appears when hovering on bullets disappears upon moving mouse cursor

I cannot access any options within the menu that pops up when hovering the mouse cursor over a bullet. As soon as I move the mouse cursor (even if it remains hovered over the bullet), the menu disappears.

  Our apologies, this was an Internet Explorer specific bug which is now fixed on beta.workflowy.com
