New list entry position

There is an inconsistency when adding a new entry to a list.

On the mobile app, clicking '+' adds it to the top of the current list. It should be the bottom -- this stands to reason, as new entries to lists are generally appended, not prepended.

When dragging an entry into a (collapsed) list on the desktop app, it is added at the top. It should be added to the bottom for the same reason.

When a bullet entry is indented, it is appended to the bottom of the list of items above it. This is the correct and expected behaviour, but is inconsistent with what I've described above.

I'd either like the consistency to be applied throughout (i.e. adding or moving items should always be to the bottom, not top, of a list) or a setting introduced to configure this.

  I asked for this back in March and one of the workers said "Yeah, configuration of the blue button seems like it will be important for a lot of people, and we'll have to think hard about the top bar, particularly for people with smaller screens."   The button adding items to the top should be configurable. Let the user choose how best to make their lists. As it is, the button is completely useless for me as it disrupts the flow of my lists. 
  
  Other than that, I'm loving nearly all the changes made to the app. Especially some of the usability updates for the keyboard.

  Ideally I think the button should be configurable - Dare I say for each list :| I think the two have values in different places.
  
  Also important for me to be able to drop a bullet in and it go to the bottom - (but also the top in some workflows!)

  Agreed.  I posted this elsewhere too, but Andy described it better than I did.  I suspect it may be a decade or so that this is fixed.
