IE Zoom button not working in redesign

Using IE 11 the, moving the mouse button off of the Zoom button removes the popup options. When hovering the mouse on a Zoom button a list of options displays (Complete, Add, Duplicate, etc). As soon as you move the mouse button to select an item from the options, the option dialog box disappears. Not an issue with Chrome or FF.
