Auto adding tags not working on Mac in specific situation

This is not a terrible complaint, but I noticed this situation this AM. 

I frequently use a short hand for people. T&L might stand for Tom and Linda, for example.

When I type T&L and then try to add a tag, the tag does not automatically offer options.

So T&L #p- does not offer to fill in the rest of the tag.

If I change it to "T & L" it still will not work correctly.

I did not examine all the options, but the others I checked seemed to work just fine. Only '&' was a problem.

  Confirmed in Windows Chrome as well. 

  "&" is a special character that needs to be encoded in html content.  Two others are "<" and ">".  Sure enough, they produce the same bug.

  Are you all still seeing this? We weren't able to reproduce it. If you are seeing it, in which version (Beta or Live) and on which machine/browser? (Or Desktop?) Thanks.

  Yes I still see it in Mac 10.13.6 OS on Chrome. I am using the most advanced Workflowy I can sign up for, I don’t know what you call it.

  Chrome/Windows 

  • Create a bullet that says "This & that "
  • Follow with a tag character
  • Expect to see tag picker

  New Design Enabled: No picker.

  btw, tested the above on the workflowy.com and not beta.workflowy.com.
