Since automatically downloading the most recent app update on my Samsumg Galaxy A3 (2017), the app will not open. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling unsuccessfully.

  We updated the Android version yesterday afternoon.

  Thanks - sadly still no success. It gets stuck on the start-up screen - and after a few seconds it becomes possible to scroll down where there's keyboard shortcuts and text about workflowy and a couple of links, none of which do anything
