Desktop application not showing content at all
CompletedI just installed the desktop beta, and I logged into my account, but the app won't show any content apart from a moving large-sized Workflowy icon. It's stuck there. Refuses to show any of my content. Any helpful tips?

There is a bug with the current Desktop Beta where it doesn't load at all!
We are fixing as fast as possible.
You can toggle off Beta in the meantime: https://beta.workflowy.com/features/toggle
I'll let you know when it is fixed!

Hi folks. I realize this thread is years old, and yet it's the only thread I've found yet that describes the problem I'm having. Desktop App doing exactly what you describe here. Any suggestions? I'm quite new to Workflowy, so if there is a place I could have looked for 'current bugs' or some such, please let me know so I have to 'bug' you guys here less often! Thanks!

Thank you for the suggestion. Gave it a go, didn't work I'm afraid. Same screen as described at the top of this thread. [Further info if helpful: MAC OS Big Sur 11.2.3 (20D91) - just updated that in case and 're-tried your suggestion', but still not. It's been doing this for about 3 days without any other obvious 'changes' elsewhere that might have caused it.] Feel free to tell me how to contact support directly if that is more appropriate, otherwise happy to keep responding here in the thread! Thanks for trying to help me out! Using on browser for the time being, so not a bit deal, but I did really enjoy the 'speed entry' I had on the desktop app.]
