    Hi Kim,

    What version are you seeing these errors on? Desktop? Web? Beta?

    We've had a few errors we've fixed over the last 24 hours. Is it working now?

    I get the error using the web-based version, using Safari on a mac.  I'm using the free original version of Workflowy with no experimental features. 

    I've just tried Chrome, and saving works fine there, so I'll just use Chrome for now.

    Just wanted to let you know I've been seeing the same error for the last few days. I'm using Safari on a MacBook Air and am a Pro Member.

    Here's the message: 

    We are unable to save your changes right now.

    Your internet connection may be down, or we may be unable to contact the server. Your changes will be saved when we can reconnect.

    Error still seems to occur on web-based version in Edge (Windows 10).

    Android-app also does not update anymore?

    Chrome (Windows 7) saves and synchronizes fine.

    I just registered and started using workflowy.  I'm using edge on a windows 10 surface pro.  I get this same error.

    Good news. We finally tracked down and fixed this error in the last hour. It should soon be working again for Edge and Safari and everyone! Thanks for your patience.

    will I be able to hit the save now button and see the yellow warning disappear?  or is there more I will need to do?

    I have the same yellow dialog box with the error and I am in Safari.  Should I just keep trying later?  I see the above message that it was fixed.  Thanks!

    Try logging out and back in. Does that work now?

    If I do and I don't save won't I lose all my work there? It's giving me a prompt asking me if I want to Stay on the Page or leave Page without saving.

    I copied my work using the windows copy command.  I closed and reopened the app and pasted my work back in.  I had to make a few changes to indents, but otherwise it was all there again.

    Actually I exported and copy and pasted from the export.  I doubt that makes a difference.

    If you log out and log back in your work should return. Yes, you can copy/paste just in case. Our apologies, this error will now be gone on reload.

    YAY!  I copied, closed and pasted and it worked!  Thanks for the tips everyone.  I am all saved now and did not lose any work!  Yahoo!  Love the support here!  Thank you!
