Stuck on page

I was shared a workflowy document, I added it to my workflowy and now I am stuck on that page and don't know how to get out of it. 

Do I need to delete it and start fresh? 

Can I somehow make it into ONE bullet on my page? 

I just want to create a list and can not figure out how to get all the other persons stuff - that I want access to - out of my main line of site.

  You can press "Home" or the "WorkFlowy" in the top left corner of the browser to get back to all your lists.
