How do I set workflowy anchor on the panel

Hello,

 

Can you please advise how do I set up a Workflowy shortcut icon as here https://gyazo.com/0ad98a7ecd93061c083aea8a42a69902 Initially I did it by installing a special app from the google chrome store, but there is no more app like this any more there.

 

So there are two questions:

1. How do I do it on my new laptop? It is super uncomfortable if there is only opportunity to use workflowy in browser, I want it as a separate app with separate shortcut as I have it now on my old laptop

2. Is it possible to have the same on Mac?
