Damn - those bullets are big and loud!

I'd like to have options for changing the appearance and visibility of the bullets, to be smaller, doughnut style, paler (as demo'd by Frank DeGenaar), individually colourable etc.

I suspect there are desktop aesthetic changes coming anyway, but here's an extra vote.
