  I notice that both cmd-shft-up/down arrow AND ctrl-shft-up/down arrow moves items up and down in a list.

  One of these options is therefore available for the expand all/collapse all key command set.

  Please make it so - it would be a lovely addition to the UX!

  In Windows, Ctrl+Space does the following:
  
  

  • with cursor focus in the parent it toggles expand/collapse all
  • with cursor focus in a child it emulates a click on that items arrow.
