Sorry to hear this. We'll look into this right away. More as we know it.

Yes, apparently yesterday's build no longer runs on iOS 9.3.5. Oof, that is our fault.

    We will fix this ASAP.

Do you mean workflowy version 3.1.8? I have that update but unfortunately I'm still having the same issue.

Like I said, I also have this issue with the *web* app on iPhone Safari. Could it be a backend or account-specific issue?

    Thanks

Ah, it turns out this issue might happen randomly and also sometimes happens on the desktop web app too.

I tried waiting longer with the iOS app, and at first it didn't load but then I tried again and now it loads.  Now the desktop web app isn't loading for me, no matter how long I wait (I just see the stationary blue icon; it was working when I filed this bug).

Thanks for your work on this

Thanks for your help and patience with the struggles on iOS 9 versions.

Simon- glad to hear the iOS app is working for you now. Strange to hear the desktop web app is not. Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Write to us at help@workflowy.com and we can troubleshoot this with you more directly.

Rebekah- glad to hear safari is running WorkFlowy on your tablet. Strange to hear the app doesn't load, are you running 3.1.8? It seems to be working for all other iOS 9.3.5 users. Write to us at help@workflowy.com if you want more specific troubleshooting help!

Lee - I had tried clearing my cookies but not my browser cache.  Clearing the cache fixed the issue!  Thank you for your help! :)

Thanks again Lee! I was running 3.1.8, but deleted it and reinstalled and the problem went away. Yay! 😁

Upgrade your app or iOS system may solve "loading screen" problem. Or you can try RecoveryTool Fix Recovery.

    Things you need to check:

    1. Wifi or cellular data working smoothly

    2. Enough space in local storage

If they works find, you can also restore your iPhone with tuneskit iphone system recovery,  because this tool can restore your iPhone without damaging your personal data.
