Bring back title attribute on tags

Workflowy no longer gives tags title attributes in the HTML (e.g. title="Filter #mytaghere"). 

Title attributes enable customizing the visuals/layout of tags and other things by customizing the CSS on all Workflowy pages (such as via a Chrome extension). Now there is no way to do this! :C

Can we bring the title attributes back?

  Hi there,

  This was a mistake we made unintentionally yesterday. We pushed a bug fix for Chinese and Korean tag text and unexpectedly broke the title tags.

  We have now reverted this change and all should be fixed.
