    Hi Kate,

    Sorry to hear about this problem.

    Things to try:

    * Clear your browser cache (sometimes it conflicts with WF on the Desktop)

    * Restart your machine

    * Reinstall the Desktop Mac version https://workflowy.com/downloads/mac/
