Do not show the bullet halo of a collapsed item when there is no items in it to show in "Completed: hidden" mode
There is an halo around the bullet when it is collapsed, letting us know that we can expand it.
It is great way to know there is more item in it.
But this halo appears even if we are in "Completed: hidden" mode and there is nothing to show in this item, cause they are all completed.
For example in a to-do list, when all sub-items are done, I think it is better to not show this halo if we are in "Completed: hidden". Cause we do not want to see what is already completed and if we try to expand it nothing will show up anyway. So it may confuse the user.

I like the way this currently is, because I also delete things off my lists instead of just marking them complete. When I'm in Hidden, it's useful to know that something has sub items, even if they're all completed, so I don't try to delete it without seeing what else I'm wiping. Happy to have it be grey, though.
