App keyboard navigation shortcuts for forward/back in history and follow internal link

I haven't been able to find keyboard shortcuts in the app for a few navigation tasks that I think would be helpful:

* Back/forward in history.  These actions only seem to be accessible from the <  > icons in the top toolbar

* Following an internal link.  When an item contains a link to another internal item I would like to be able to follow that link with a keyboard shortcut.
