direct launch of android apps

I have many tasks which are in touch with android apps. For example I have a daily task to do the Memrise vocabulary or another daily task to listen to TOK.fm radio. It would be awesome if I could launch these apps directly from the Workflowy. However, I am aware that these links will not work when using the web version. It had to be done in a way, that on android app it would launch android apps and in web version it will go to the app web page...
