Text cursor position between Up & Dn arrow key navigation between bullets not respected

When navigating between bullets with the arrow keys the text cursor always moves to the start of the bullet.

The default behavior should be to honor the text postion in the line instead of moving to the start.

If the bullet you are navigating to is shorter then the current text position then it goes to the end.

This is a very frustrating bug that has me using different text editors to edit my content.

For example assume the following are workflowy bullets.

- 1 The cursor should move to the end of the next bullet. If the cursor is here -> |.

- 2 Test

- 3 Test| <- Here should be the cursor when moving from bullet 2 to 3.
