3 dots feature not working (to insert image on iPhone)

My goal is to insert an image to WorkFlowy as I used to be able to do by:
1. Swiping left

2. Clicking on the 3 dots

3. Clicking Insert Image. 

This is no longer working. I am using iPhone 13 Pro Max. 

Can you kindly look into fixing this?

  This seems to work for me on the latest version of iPhone (both take photo and upload file options). Chad, let us know if it works for you now. Thanks.
