⌘’ Navigate to Home Shortcut not Working

Hi there,

For some reason the ⌘’ navigate to home shortcut is not working for me. I've tried it both in Chrome in the web app, and on the Mac local version. It would be great to have this shortcut handy so I can quickly navigate home before launching a global search via the escape key.

  Craig, this seems to work for me on the Mac app and the web app on Chrome on Mac. I'm not sure, but maybe try the following (as one time fixes): 

  • closing app and restarting
  • make sure you haven't reprogrammed any buttons and both those buttons are working independently and together (go to the Mac accessibility keyboard and confirm key presses) 
  • for Chrome, make sure there are no extensions that override shortcuts 
  • try reinstalling
