Web clipper woes

Recently the web clipper seems to be all over the place. 

I invariably clip to my inbox and though I clear my inbox daily, the web clipper will now show items i have clipped from days ago even though they have been moved out of my inbox. At the same time the app and browser show my inbox to be up to date.

To deal with this i have to log in and out again, whenever I use it. Is there a way around this?
