Picture not correctly appearing

Hi Team,

Sometimes, when I upload a print screen on workflowy it ends up not being displayed correctly. The actual picture is gone and workflowy only displays its name in a grey square.

Could you please help out because at the moment it requires that I keep the photo on the side as well

  Hi Kristofer,

  Are you in the installed desktop app or the browser app? 

  If in the desktop app... did you upload the image when offline?
