Workflowy desktop app won´t open
Suddenly, my workflowy desktop app won´t open. It just loads forever.
I have tried to delete and reinstall. I have also updated the operative system (Mac, to Ventura).
Nothing seems to work. Workflowy in the browser seems to be working fine, same with iOS.
This is happening for me as well and began yesterday, probably around 4 - 5pm EST. MacOS Monterey 12.5.1 - Workflowy shows the "loading" animation indefinitely. Also tried a delete & reinstall but no improvement. Currently working out of the browser instead, but it's not ideal as I've lost various keyboard remappings via Better Touch Tool.
Hi folks!Would you try the following?:Activate developer tools in the Mac app:
- View tab at the top of the interface > Toggle Developer Tools (option command i)
- Go to "Application" tab at the top of the new window (this may not be visible. You may need to click the >> to reveal a drop down)
- Click "Storage" button > Clear site data
- Quit Workflowy App
- Open Workflowy and it should open with login screen
