iOS app has infinite loading screen

iOS 16.2. iPhone 13 Pro. Version 4.0.221220

Here a video of the bug with audio comments inside https://youtu.be/KSrC9_r71JM To fix the bug, it is nessasary to remove the app - install in again - then everything works fine. But in 2-3 days infinite loading screen appears again.

  i have exactly the same, but on my Mac. for 2 weeks now :(

  iOs and browser are working fine

  I have removed and installed the app 2 times now but it's loading and loading and loading and loading and... loading

  I have the same problem. Deleting and reinstalling worked on the iphone (for now), but no such luck on the Mac.

  For the Mac desktop app, would you try the following?:

  Activate developer tools in the Mac app...

  1. View tab at the top of the interface > Toggle Developer Tools (option command i)
  2. Go to "Application tab" at the top of the new window (this may not be visible. You may need to click the >> to reveal a drop down)
  3. Click button - Clear site data
  4. Quit Workflowy App
  5. Open Workflowy and it should open with login screen
