Android app doesn't open

    Hi folks, 

    Would you try clearing your WorkFlowy cache and data on Android before deleting and re-installing? 

    Long press on WorkFlowy icon > tap information icon > storage > "clear data" icon bottom left of screen and "clear cache" icon bottom right of screen.

    I just started having the same issue. Wouldn't reload this morning and I've tried uninstalling/re-installing twice and it's still not loading - just stuck on the Workflowy version of the circle of death. Samsung Note 9.

    I had the same issue. Samsung s10, android version up to date. The loading screen of cascading bullits kept on going but nothing happened while desktop / chrome and app on samsung s4 tablet work just fine. First I was affraid (I was petrified.. ) not only delete cache but also data... but Franks solution just worked for me. Thnx !

    Hi Jessica,

    Would you go along to the Google Play store and opt into the beta program? This will give you any fixes that have been made since the last release. You may need to delete the app and reinstall... but choose the beta program before installing.

    Hi there, I had the same problem since about 5-7 days on android, Samsung s10e. I re-installed the app 3 times, it always worked once or twice, and then went back into "loading forever". But indeed it helped to "delete all data". Now the app seems to work again. I was quite afraid as well to "delete all data" as I thought this would delete all notes, but it did not. Thanks for the help.

    I'm again with Jessica. Cleared data, uninstall & Install.

    Nothing. Still stuck in loading.

    BTW - Using Xiaomi with MIUI Ver 13.0.9

    I've tried clearing the cache and data and then uninstalling and re-installing every day for several days and it still doesn't work. Any updates? Currently have to use it in a browser on my phone, but that's problematic because that can't load offline and I live and travel in an area with poor reception.
