mac desktop app not loading

    I'm having the same issue. I load the desktop app on my Mac, and the data doesn't load. It just looks like it's trying to load the data and not able to retrieve the data.

    This issue started on December 21st.

    Yes. I reinstalled earlier. Tried again after your email. It continues looking as if the app is loading, but it never completes. I am running Ventura 13.0.1 on my Mac. Workflowy opens in Safari and the app runs on my phone fine.

    Having the same issue (never goes past the initial loading screen). I ended up using nativefier to make an app for myself (with `nativefier --name Workflowy workflowy.com`). Will switch back to the official app once it's working again.

    Actually, after deleting the app data directory ("~/Library/Application Support/WorkFlowy" for me), the official app loads again the next time I start it.

    Still no luck for me; I’m having the same issue with the application never loading data. I uninstalled it a couple of times and did a reinstall, and it still won’t load the data for me. I’m using Mac OS Monterey 12.0.1.

    I looked in the foler Nikhilesh suggested after I deleted Workflowy but there wasn't any data in the folder (("~/Library/Application Support/WorkFlowy" for me).

    I can access my information through a browser just fine (using Chrome).

    Any other suggestions?

    I had the same issue a couple of days ago.  I'm on Big Sur 11.7.2.  I deleted and re-downloaded twice.  Kept just sitting at the initial page to load data.  So, I've been working off my Windows machine instead.  I just deleted the folder Nikhilesh noted above and then re-downloaded.  It's now working on my Mac.

    Same issue! Deleting ~/Library/Application Support/Workflowy worked for me

    Deleting ~/Library/Application Support/Workflowy worked one time only. Now, this morning, it's back to not loading again.
