Search default should be searching all of workflowy
The search, it only searches the current page, it should search ALL of workflowy, like expected. i don't bother searching on workflowy because it just doesn't work the way as intuitively suppose to.
can you make the full workflowy search permanent?
(or at least have a button in the settings in to toggle it to search all of workflowy).
i have to manually click on the home button and THEN do a search. that is an extra step i prefer not have to do.
If I search a microsoft Word document, it doesn't just search the current page it searches the entire word document and lays out the results.
if I do a spotlight search it searches the whole Mac computer.
Clearly no one working at workflowy uses search, or else it would have been changed to my way a long time ago, this is basic common sense, please change it.

Incorrect.
Thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts. In the near future we'll have a global search option from wherever you are. For now, do a global search from your home page or use the Ctrl+K menu.

It is unlikely that you capture everything you ever think in one Word document. And for good reason. A Word document is comparable (using your analogy) to a WorkFlowy zoomed-in context (when you search a Word document it doesn't search all of your Word documents globally... thankfully!)... whereas your spotlight search would be like doing a global WorkFlowy search.
If you were to have what you wanted and have WorkFlowy search globally (automatically) when you are in a zoomed-in context... millions of other users would be rather upset.

I value search as it is. Once you are into 2k bullets, you need to use the heirarchy to limit the scope to areas of your intention. for example, I have a heirarchy of work vs home then divided into roles then projects. And most projects have a reference bullet. Searching for reference at the top level and at the project or role level have very different, and separately useful, meanings. Search is good as it is for me.
