If someone has shared a list with you and it is inaccessible, here are a few pointers:
- The share link needs to have a "/s" somewhere in the URL. If not, it is not a share link, but rather an internal link that your contact can use to cross reference lists on their end.
- Verify with your contact how they are obtaining this "Share" link? It needs to be via the "Share" option and not the "Copy link" option in the bullet hover menu/ 3-dots menu to the left of the bullet.
- If the list does indeed have a "/s" in the URL, the shared list might be dead/ broken. This happens when a user un-shares or deletes the once-shared list. You could get them to verify by checking to see the list is still shared. If not, they can create another shared list and send you that.
