Remove someone from Team Space ↗
How do I view who is a member of my Team Space?
There are several ways to view who is part of your Team Space.
- From the sidebar
- Open the sidebar and click on the three horizontal dots next to your Team Space name
- From the 'Share' button in the menu bar
- Click on your Team Space's bullet and then click on the 'Share' icon in the menu bar
- From the 'share' option in the bullet menu for your Team Space
- Open the menu bar for your Team Space's bullet and choose 'Share'
How do I add someone to my Team Space?
Any team member with 'Admin' permissions can add a new member to a Team Space.
The steps below are for adding a new member via the sidebar.
- Open the sidebar if it's not already open
- Click the three horizontal dots next to your Team Space's name
- Add the new team member's email in the 'Invite people' section
- Choose their permission level (Admin, Can edit, Can view)
- Click 'Invite'
The person will receive an email asking them to accept your team invite, once they do so, they'll have access to the Team Space and all the benefits of a subscription.
Once a new team member accepts their invite, you'll start paying for their subscription.
How do I remove someone from my Team Space?
Any team member with 'Admin' permissions can remove a member from a Team Space.
The steps below are for removing a member via the sidebar.
- Open the sidebar if it's not already open
- Click the three horizontal dots next to your Team Space's name
- Click on the 'Remove' button next to the person you want to remove from the Team Space
Note: Removing someone from a Team Space will remove their access to the team space and also cancel their subscription. They'll no longer have access to pro features or Team Space features.
